Dwayne Burfield, Senior Pastor

Dwayne Burfield Jr. has been the Sr. Pastor since July of 2009. He is a native of Indiana County and received his B.A. at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his M Div. at Methodist Theological School of Ohio. Dwayne and his wife Terri have two adult sons and one granddaughter. Dwayne likes to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers and loves to hunt and fish.

Jim Gascoine, Associate Pastor

Jim Gascoine has been the Associate Pastor since July of 2009.  He is a native of the Pittsburgh area, and was trained at the University of Pittsburgh and Wesley Theological Seminar.  Jim and his wife Joyce have three adult daughters.  Jim is an avid reader and runner.

Debbie Pisor, Externally Focused Pastor & Mars Campus Pastor

Debbie Pisor serves as Pastor of Externally Focused Ministry and has been at Dutilh since January 2007. She has a BA in Speech Communications from Westminster College and an MA in Special Ministries from MTSO (Methodist Theological School in Ohio). Debbie and her husband Tom have an adult daughter and son.  Debbie loves boating, reading, and traveling

Matt McCarrier, Youth Director

Matt McCarrier has been our youth director since May 2011. Matt has a B.A. in Biblical and Religious Studies, a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Family Studies all from Grove City College. Matt is married and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Pamela and their dog Ratchet as well as camping, biking, reading, and playing sports.

Jill Sherwood, Children's Ministries Director  & Dutilh Preschool Director (Cranberry)

Jill Sherwood is our Children’s Director as well as the Director of Dutilh Preschool. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Waynesburg University. In her free time, she loves to shop, read books, watch movies, and spend time with her family and friends.

Lyn Marsh, Music Ministries Director

Lyn Marsh has been the Director of Music since 1982. She attended West Virginia Wesleyan College and received a BA in Music ED with applied degree in pipe organ. She has loved seeing the children grow into music leading adults, even to the point of seeing those children bring their children into the choirs where they began with me many years ago. Some of her other passions have been running, teaching piano, cooking, traveling anywhere, sewing and gardening as time allows.

Kathie Sperdute, Office Assistant

Kathie and her husband Jim grew up as neighbors in New Castle , PA. They have lived in Harmony for the past 25 years.  They are the parents of four children, Jim, Stephanie, Stephen and Kathleen, as well as three grandchildren, Connor, Rylie and Aidan. She enjoys bike riding, going to the beach, baking, rag quilting, gardening and spending time with my family. She has served as the church office assistant since March of 2009.

Cathy Hopkins, Office Assistant

Theresa Elkin, Senior Accountant

Theresa, and her husband Dave, have lived in Cranberry and been members of Dutilh Church for over 20 years. They have two daughters, Katie and Julie. She is a graduate of Grove City College with a degree in accounting. Since 2003 Theresa has been working for Dutilh as the church accountant.
